Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement (this “Agreement”) contains terms and conditions that govern your purchase of subscriptions to, and use of, the Services offered by NEXO Marketing, Inc., and is a contract between NEXO Marketing and you or the entity that you represent.
1. Access & Use
Subject to your order and this Agreement, NEXO Marketing grants you a limited, nonexclusive right to access and use our marketing and acquisition systems for your business during your subscription term.
2. Confidentiality & Security
Each party agrees to protect confidential information and employ administrative, physical, and technical measures in accordance with industry practice to safeguard client data.
