This Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited uses of the services offered by NEXO Marketing, Inc. (“NEXO Marketing”) and the related website located at nexomarketing.co. This policy supplements our Subscription Agreement and Terms of Use.
Prohibited Activities
- Intellectual Property: Infringing or violating copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights.
- Harmful Content: Transmitting malware, viruses, bots, scripting exploits, or malicious code.
- Scraping: Automated extraction or scraping of site data without prior written consent.
- Unsolicited Messages: Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) or harassing messages.
- System Security: Attempting to probe, scan, or breach system security or authentication.
Reporting Violations
